DNV 2.7-2 CERTIFIED MODULES 

Firevault Systems DNV 2.7-2 Certified Modules are manufactured and specified to enable you to store flammable paints and other hazardous materials in zone 1 areas on an offshore rig.

Key applications include:

• Safe and secure storage for hazardous materials, petroleum
  products, solvents, adhesives, lubricants and chemicals
• Emergency Critical Equipment Storage for fire and chemical
  suits, breathing apparatus, personnel protective equipment,
  emergency recovery equipment, dry suits and critical items
• Remote Changing Facilities for emergency response personnel

• Modules are secured within a DNV 2.7-1 certified container
• Manufactured from high grade S355 steel with fully welded exterior
• Both module and container are shot blasted, and painted with a primer, intermediate and
  top coat of relevant standard
• IMO certified fireproof panels with high density 130KG/M3 insulation
• NDV to IMO/FTP and MED certified A60 rates / single leaf / weather proof fire door
• Self closing 3 hinged fire door, lockable with internal overriding door lock
• Fully welded internal sump with integrated floor and support framework
• Internal shelving, racking, storage, layout can be adapted to suit client requirements
• A60 fire rated intumescent air grills fitted at high and low level to ensure airflow
• ATEX rated and fully certifief electrinical equipment including lights, heaters, thermostats,
  switches, plugs and sockets, cable glands, power distribution boardsm and transformers
  with external main power connection
• ATEX rated internal fire and gas detection systems with external audio visual beacon
  sounder warning units with external client BMS signal communication connection
• Container frame fitted with fork trick pockets for easy positioning
